From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace, ideal for outdoor dining. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The hallway also features air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the entire floor.
