ESCALA BEACH: Renovated apartment with sea views, located right next to the beach! This spacious 60 m² apartment, situated on the 4th floor with a lift, consists of an entrance hall, an open-plan kitchen, an air-conditioned living-dining room, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a separate toilet, and a renovated bathroom with a shower.One of the bedrooms and the living-dining room open onto a large terrace offering a magnificent sea view. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, television with national and international channels, and air conditioning. A private parking space in a closed garage (box) within the building is included in the price (except from June 15th to September 15th – please check rates). Pets are not allowed.

Superbe vue

Appartement très spacieux, bien equipé. Avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. L'emplacement étant sur le front de mer.... Il y a un peu de bruit . Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Idéalement situé et très bien équipé

Appartement très bien situé disposant de tout le confort et très propre. Il est très fonctionnel et la vue magnifique. En plein mois d'août, les nuits de la chambre côté plage sont un peu bruyantes surtout avec le passage du tracteur à 2h du matin. Le ventilateur a été plus que utile, un deuxième serait idéal voir la climatisation et alors la il n'y aurait rien à redire. Avec deux enfants dans la chambre à l'arrière ils ont pu dormir sans bruit et plus au frais. La personne de l'agence est super agréable, arrangeant et parle bien le français. Allez y les yeux fermés

Perfekt gelegen - mit kleineren Schwächen

Lage: Das Objekt selber ist echt super gelegen. Direkt vom Objekt zum Auto (Tiefgaragenplatz mit Zusatzkosten) oder über die Promenade zum Strand. Der größte Nachteil ist jedoch das der Sandstrand jeden Morgen (VOR SONNENAUFGANG) durch einen Traktor durchgesiebt wird. Das ist sehr laut und da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, wird man jeden Morgen durch den Traktor geweckt. Ausstattung: Die Austattung der Wohnung war okay. Also nichts besonderes und auch die Elektrogeräte sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sowohl Spülmaschine als auch Kaffeemaschine haben nur bedingt funktioniert. Für 14 Tage okay, aber da können ruhig mal moderne Sachen rein. Besteck usw. war genügend da und der Balkon war einzigartig :) Wir waren im Allgemeinen sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, der Lage und auch dem Betreiber, der sich immer gekümmert hat wenn wir eine Frage hatten.
