LOVELY HOUSE WITH PRIVATE POOL, WIFI AND BARBECUE
I live in a quiet street with wonderful neighbors. I have recently been renovated and I feel very good, as they say that I transmit well-being, serenity and warmth.I thank my current owners for surrounding me with natural materials, for dressing me in white with kind fabrics and for sharing my passion... I love fish !!! Those who already know me say that I am simply elegant, very comfortable and functional... with a chic touch, of course.
With more than seven kilometers of coastline, L'Escala is a corner that adapts to the tastes of any bather. From extensive sandy beaches with all kinds of services around them, to small pebble coves surrounded by pine forests and cliffs. There are beaches that are an exit point for channels for swimming in the open sea and others with a wide range of sports or of special interest for scuba diving; Not to mention the unique possibilities such as bathing or sunbathing alongside the more than two thousand years of history of El Moll Grec. A whole world of beaches to discover.

Belle et grande maison idéalement située pour rayonner (propreté à revoir)
Très beau séjour sur la Costa Brava dans cette maison dont la description correspond parfaitement à la réalité. Maison agréable, fraîche, très spacieuse et particulièrement bien placée pour rayonner sur la Costa Brava. L'accueil par Eva de l'agence immobilière était très bien et son écoute pendant le séjour aussi.
A noter malgré tout une propreté très limite à notre arrivée qui a nécessité que nous donnions un gros coup de ménage, de plus la suite parentale était inutilisable à cause d'une très forte odeur d'humidité (problème d'évacuation? Déjà relevé dans un précédent commentaire) ainsi que la présence de cafard (et ce malgré l'intervention très rapide d'Eva, que nous remercions). Le propriétaire devrait investiguer et faire les travaux nécessaires. Équipements et vaisselle dans la cuisine limités (attention pas de four !).
En résumé : belle maison, bien située, merci à Eva pour sa gentillesse. Propreté à revoir. La Côte est magnifique !

Heerlijke plek
Heerlijke frisse plek om te verblijven met eigen zwembad en een fijne tuin met ruime kamers. Sfeer op de foto’s heeft wel iets meer stijl dan in de werkelijkheid.
