Beautiful house with private pool in l'Escala. You will like La Bellesa from the first moment because it is the ideal vacation home. It is located in a quiet residential area and has all the comforts to make your family vacation unique.
The best thing about the house is its exterior. It has a large private pool and several areas where you can relax. It is equipped with outdoor furniture with sun loungers, and has several tables of different sizes to eat outside. It has a portable barbecue for you to prepare delicious meals. It is also equipped with two extendable awnings and a large parasol to protect yourself from the sun while reading a book, or having a coffee after eating.
The interior of the house will enchant you. It is tastefully decorated and is a very cozy house. The whole house is on the ground floor so it is also very comfortable. We enter through the main door and find a hall that leads to the main room of the living-dining room, with large windows with views and access to the private pool. The kitchen is open and is separated from the living-dining room with a small American-style bar with two stools. It has three large bedrooms, all with wardrobes and reversible air conditioning. On the left, a bedroom with two single beds, a complete bathroom with a shower and a second bedroom with a double bed. On the right, the third suite-type bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub in the same room.
The house also has all the necessary benefits for a perfect vacation: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, television, dishwasher, outdoor parking inside the property, etc.
