Super ruhig gelegen, Haus und Grundstück TOP

Das Haus liegt fernab jeglichen Lärms weit weg vom Trubel der Stadt und des Strandes, die allerdings per Rad in 5 Minuten und zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar sind, dafür hat man seine absolute Ruhe. Es ist das letzte Haus in einer Sackgasse keine 3 Gehminuten vom Wald entfernt, super für Hundehalter, genauso wie das voll eingezäunte Grundstück. Die Ausstattung scheint entgegen der letzten Bewertungen angepasst worden zu sein. Es gibt eine Geschirrspülmaschine und W-LAN war jederzeit vorhanden (vielleicht sollten die Kritiker mal den Router neu starten, wenn nichts mehr geht). Die Hausaufteilung ist TOP, der Pool absolut ausreichend, selbst eine Friteuse steht zur Verfügung, war für unsere Pommes-Junkies hervorragend. Langschläfer aufgepasst, der Poolreiniger kommt 2-3 mal die Woche gegen 09:30 Uhr :-)!!! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist TOP, jederzeit wieder!!! Die Kommunikation mit dem ca. 4 km entfernten Büro war stets freundlich, ein einziges mal für meinen Geschmack etwas zu sachlich / fordernd (Marta)!! Das Objekt ist ABSOLUT empfehlenswert!!

Leuk huisje...

Fijn huisje goed onderhouden zwembad. Fijn met de honden erg rustig en een groot natuur gebied binnen handbereik. Jammer is dat er maar één toilet is en ook nog in de badkamer. Probleempje met meerdere mensen.

Maison très bien situer à proximité de tout à 5 MN, plage, commerces.. Endroit très calme. Le seul problème c'était l'électricité qui sauter tout le temps si plusieurs choses allumer et la wifi pas top top. Appart sa rien à dire.. Une maison qui me donne envie de revenir

Ruhe und Entspannung

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, in einer ruhigen Lage, relativ nahe zum Waldrand. Die Strandpromenade ist auch fussläufig erreichbar. Für den Spaß mit dem Hund gibt es einen nicht allzuweit entfernen Hundestrand. Der Austausch mit MelImo war sehr gut und angenehm.

Maison sympathique avec quelques améliorations à apporter

Maison très propre à l'arrivée. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner correctement et pour laver le linge. La climatisation est un plus apprécié. La piscine nous paraissait plus grande en photo mais elle est largement suffisante pour 6 personnes (nous avions amené des bouées mais il y en avait dans le garage). Quartier très calme mais assez éloigné de tout, il faut prendre sa voiture même s'il ne faut que quelques courses. La literie de la chambre parentale mériterait à être changé et la connexion internet est très mauvaise, un parasol pour la terrasse serait un plus aussi car pas de coin d'ombre et il est difficile d'en profiter avant 16h ce qui est dommage). Agence de location très sympathique et très réactive. Séjour agréable en famille, la maison est charmante et les quelques points négatifs sont vite oubliés.

Maison agréable au calme, bien équipée et propre. 20 minutes à pied de la plage. Extérieur très agréable malgré le vis à vis (l'arbre sur la photo a t'il été coupé ? :-( Et parfois des odeurs dégoût.

Séjour agréable, néanmoins, petit bémol quand on est 6, le toilette dans la salle de bain, c'est pas pratique... Et pas de lave vaisselle, dommage au tarif de la semaine... Bonne communication avec l agence immobilière.

Lástima que no vimos que la Televisión no tenia Canales en nuestro idioma cosa que no me parece bien. La limpieza piscina regular. La casa está bastante Lejos del nucleo urbano. El resto bien la verdad. Por el precio tampoco puedes pedir mucho más.

Lage super, Preis des Hauses zu teuer

Die Lage des Hauses war traumhaft. Auch die ganze Abwicklung des Urlaubs verlief ohne Probleme und die Kommunikation mit der Gesellschaft war auch völlig unproblematisch. Nur war der Preis für die Unterkunft viel zu hoch. Die Möbel waren sehr alt und diesem Preis nicht angemessen. Der Putz fiel von den Wänden und aus den Fugen fiel der Mörtel. Die Betten waren ungemütlich und das Etagenbett Einsturzgefährdet. Im Bad gab es kaum Möglichkeiten Handtücher aufzuhängen. Nur die Betreuung durch die Immobilien- Gesellschaft war hervorragend. Die Gesellschaft kann man wärmstens empfehlen nur dieses Haus nicht. Der Pool war das Beste an diesem Haus. Gesamtnote 3.
