Pretty house just 10 minutes walk from the beach and shops.
It has a large modern kitchen that communicates directly with the terrace where you can enjoy the good weather and pleasant evenings with
family and friends.
On the ground floor is a bedroom for the comfort of our elders.
And of course, a magnificent community swimming pool which will make the hot days the best entertainment!!!
With more than seven kilometers of coastline, L'Escala is a corner that adapts to the tastes of any bather. From wide sandy beaches with all kinds of services around them, to small pebble coves surrounded by pine forests and cliffs. There are beaches that are an exit point for open sea swimming channels and others with a wide range of sports or special interest in scuba diving; Without forgetting the unique possibilities such as bathing or sunbathing alongside the more than two thousand years of history of El Moll Grec. A whole world of beaches to discover.

Maison dans une résidence calme avec piscine
Très bien, maison un peu vielle mais confortable malgré le manque de wifi ou de climatisation.
Par contre les photos des extérieurs datent un peu.
La piscine paraît plus grande qu'elle ne l'est en réalité.
Très bons échanges et communication avec l'agence, une équipe au top ! merci

Séjour très agréable et un gestionnaire très à l'ecoute
Très bon accueil à notre arrivée avec cependant un petit bémol vis à vis du titre de l'annonce : il n'y a ni WiFi ni climatisation.
Pour autant rien de rédhibitoire pour nous car nous n'avons pas eu de très fortes chaleurs et un geste à été consenti par l'agence en charge du bien.
Il faudra tout de même effectuer une mise à jour de ce titre trompeur à la limite du mensonger.
En dehors de ça, le logement est conforme à la description et se trouve à 15 minutes à pieds de la plage de Riells et de tous les commerces et restaurants.
Il y a 3 chambres tout à fait correctes, 2 WC dont un indépendant, un espace cuisine bien agencé (manque quelques plats pour le four, sinon tout y est) et une grande terrasse au soleil.
Nous avons eu deux incidents chaque fois très rapidement pris en charge par l'agence : lave linge HS et bouteille de gaz vide tous deux remplacés en moins d'une heure.
À savoir aussi, mais là personne n'y peut rien, de part la typologie des lieux il y a beaucoup de fourmis il faut donc veiller à ne rien laisser à l'air libre pas même dans les placards.
Hormis ces quelques désagréments nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location où la piscine collective s'est retrouvée presque privative car en fait très peu utilisée par les autres propriétaires.
À noter enfin qu'il n'y a aucun transat avec ce logement et tous ceux présents appartiennent aux autres propriétaires.
