Lovely cosy house with pool:
Lovely holiday house with private swimming-pool and garden in the Spanish Costa Brava. House Yvonne is the perfect place to relax and disconnect.

Ready for you to spend a perfect summer, you will enjoy the summer afternoon at the pool or in a sunbed with a book or a sangria as well as a good meal on the terrace in the evening. The plot is totally fenced and pet-friendly.

The accommodation is cosy and situated in a quiet area in front of the pinewood. It is divided into a full-equipped kitchen, a large living-room opening to the furnished terrace, two bedrooms and a complete bathroom. Moreover, a second bathroom with shower and toilets is available at the back, as well as a parking place on the plot for your car. The house also has free Wifi and a dishwasher.

From house Yvonne, you will be able to go for a nice walk or bike ride to the beautiful cove of Montgo and its restaurants and bars. They are only a few minutes away, so is the main beach of Riells. L’Escala is a dynamic village on the Mediterranean coast where you will find a large choice of water, gastronomic and cultural activities.

Wir waren im Oktober da, es war ein wunderschönes Haus, wie beschrieben. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Wir durften sogar 5 Stunden früher einchecken. Als die Agentur gesehen hat das wir schon da waren, haben die das Haus sofort auf hochglanz geputzt und 45 minuten später hatten wir den Schlüssel. Im allgemeinen waren alle sehr hilfsbereit. Wir mussten zum Strand etwa 1,5 km laufen. Es gibt überall in L'Escala tolle Buchten zu besichtigen. Alles in allen war es ein perfekter Urlaub.

Die Lage des Hauses ist schön!Das Badezimmer mit der Dusche ist nur zu erreichen, wenn man um das Haus herum geht !!! Es hat kein direkten Zugang im Haus, das ist nicht so beschrieben und wir hätten es nicht gebucht hätten wir das gewusst!Schade 🤔
