House in the district of Riells in L'Escala 40 meters from the main beach and all shops.

In front, a beautiful terrace with a barbecue, removable, a table and 6 chairs as well as an electric solar protection will allow you to benefit from the good weather. Inside, on the ground floor, a living room with a table and a sofa. You have at your disposal the TV as well as the Internet with unlimited access and free by wifi. A kitchen equipped with an oven, a fridge freezer, a gas hob as well as all the essential utensils for cooking.
Still on the ground floor, a double bedroom with a bathroom, shower and toilet.
A staircase leads to the first floor where there is a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and the washing machine.
A very bright bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single bunk beds.
The villa is air conditioned by floor, that is to say that a group is positioned on each floor in order to temper the entire floor.
In the dead end, a parking space is reserved to park a vehicle.
The geographical location of this house is exceptional, because it allows you to no longer use your vehicle to go shopping, go to the beach or go out. Its position is central for L'Escala, you will take as long to go towards San Marti d'Empuries or the old village on one side as towards Cala Montgo on the other. This area has a small SPAR supermarket, a butcher, a greengrocer etc ... and many restaurants and bars will welcome you.
For my part, I will welcome you the day of your arrival directly at the villa, I will give you a map as well as all the good addresses to know. You can consult my site vingava.es which allows you to discover different activities in the region.
During your stay, I can be reached 7 days a week from 8 am to 11 pm in case of emergency. In addition, you can also contact me if you need advice, I am available to holidaymakers.
The tourist tax will be paid on your arrival, it is 1 € / adult (over 16 years old) / day (limited to 7 days).

Great location!
This apartment was very cute and such a great spot! Less than two blocks to the beach and right across the street from a bakery and a fabulous fruit stand. William was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations.

Proche des principaux commerces et de la plage principale. La place de parking privée est un plus appréciable. Le gérant immobilier a été très disponible par rapport à l'heure d'arrivée compliquée à prévoir un samedi.

Très jolie maison à 2 pas de la plage
La maison est très bien située au cœur de la ville, et jouit d’une place de parking privative, ce qui est un luxe à l’Escala. Elle est très bien agencée. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour y séjourner en famille. Tous les commerces sont à deux pas, et la plage est à trois minutes à pied. Pour rejoindre la vieille ville qui est magnifique avec ses deux plages où les calas comme celle de Montgo, c’est un peu loin à pied alors on peut prendre le petit train pour 2,50 Euros. Concernant l’accueil , à notre arrivée, William nous a tout expliqué et conseillé les coins à visiter et les bons restaurants, on s’est régalés ! Si je devais juste preciser une piste d’amélioration, ce serait d'ajouter deux chiliennes sur la terrasse pour profiter du climat doux de l’Espagne. Bref on a passé un très bon séjour !

Wir kommen in den Ort schon seid mehreren Jahren und lieben Ihn. Das Haus ist klein aber fein. Alles notwendige vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist ausgezeichnet, super Abwicklung immer schnelle Antworten auf die Fragen und sehr freundlich. Haben jetzt schon 2 Objekte von Ihnen gemietet und würden es jederzeit wieder tun.

Kurzer Weg zur Strandpromenade und Strand. Nicht ganz ruhig aber die kurzen Wege machen diese Unterkunft sehr lukrativ. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet.

Très bon séjour avec des belles améliorations dans la maison
Pour notre deuxième année dans cette maison nous avon passé un très bon séjour. Tout était parfait et des améliorations ont étaient apportées à la maison ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Seuls les matelas de la chambre enfant sont un peu usés et on sent le ressort des matelas. Mais sinon c'était parfait. Merci

Très belle location à L'Escala
La description dans l annonce correspond parfaitement à la location. Il y a en plus un petit balcon avec des fils à linge pratiques pour les serviettes de plage. Petite précision pour la distance de la plage, 150m environ. La maison est idéalement placée dans une impasse très calme pour l'emplacement central. Plusieurs commerces essentiels sont accessibles à pied. La place de parking à 20 m à l ombre l'après-midi est top. Il faut juste être pas trop maladroit dans les manœuvres. La maison est très agréable, nous serions bien restés plus de 15 jours. Les chambres sont relativement spacieuses pour une maison de 70m2. La terrasse avec le store et volet roulant électrique est également très agréable. Il manque peut être une ou deux chaises longues 🙂. Nous étions 2 adultes, 3 enfants et 1 chien. Commentaire pour les amoureux des promenades avec leur chien: il y a de quoi faire à L'Escala sous peu qu'on s'en donne les moyens! Pour les petits besoins du quotidien, il y a une petite pinède à 200m. Pour nos vacances, nous avons adoré L'Escala et les alentours, il y a de quoi faire. Les abords, notamment du port jusqu au sud, sont magnifiques avec des falaises, calanques, pinèdes et plages de galets. Pour les plages de sable, la plage à 150m est idéale pour les familles et notamment les tout petits. Nous avons adoré également les plages plus excentrées de San Marti d'Empuries à la ville de L'Escala et la Cala Montgo. Nous n avons jamais eu de problèmes de stationnement avec des parkings payants. Environ 1€50/h. Pour la location, des premiers renseignements jusqu'au départ, William a été très réactif, professionnel et serviable. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location !

Gutes Haus in zentraler Lage
Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich klasse. Sehr nahe zum Strand und Strandpromenade. Man muss nur wissen, das nachts der Straßenverkehr bei der Bauweise spanischer Häuser gut zu hören ist und der ist auf der Hauptstraße nicht wenig. Wen das nicht stört kann dieses Objekt empfohlen werden. Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation waren mit dem Gastgeber waren sehr gut.

L'escala est une ville très agréable et familial. La maison est idéalement situé à deux pas de la mer et proche de nombreux restaurants, primeur... Le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible tout au long du séjour. Je reviendrai.

Très bon sejour au bord de la mer
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très bien équipée et très bien placée : la plage de sable est juste à côté et les commerces sont très proches. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir et nous y retournerons sûrement.

A refaire dés que possible !
L'escala et ses environs sont magnifiques, les balades à pieds très accessibles même avec une poussette. La maison est fonctionnelle et nous pouvons tout faire à pieds (mer, courses, restaurant …), ce qui est un vrai plus pour des vacances paisibles ! Merci à William pour l'accueil et les conseils. Nous espérons y retourner le plus tôt possible et profiter des vacances à l'Escala encore une fois.
