Apartment with communal pool and garden, just 290m from the Riells beach.This beautiful apartment has a room with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed, a bathroom, a toilet, open kitchen(fully equipped with basic kitchen utensils and two-burner ceramic hob), and living room with sofa bed and access to a terrace with sea view.It is located in a communal area, which has a large swimming pool, where you can relax and enjoy the holidays.The apartment is very close to the Riells beach. On the beach promenade of Riells, you will find all kinds of bars, shops, entertainment venues, an amusement park, water activities, etc.In total in the apartment can sleep 6 people: in 1 double bed, 3 single beds and a sofa bed. Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival ( € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Gut gelegene Ferienwohnung mit einem Manko

Schöne Ferienwohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit Klimaanlage, Pool in der Mitte des Häuserblocks, Strandnähe, seitlicher Meeresblick, Fernsehen mit allen Kanälen, sogar Mückenschutz an den Schlafzimmerfenstern. Kinderzimmer für 3 etwas klein und Wifi ging fast nicht. Ladenzeile im Erdgeschoss ist leer, störte uns aber nicht so. Aber vorallem: Im Badezimmer sind die Schläuche von der Toilette mit der Waschmaschine so verbunden, dass die Toilette praktisch keinen Siphon hat. Wir machten die Türe nur wenn irgend nötig auf - beim Duschen - und gebrauchten sonst das Waschbecken des zweiten WC. Ein für die Agentur arbeitender Handwerker bestätigte uns dies, er konnte nichts reparieren. Schade!

BUEN APARTAMENTO EN ZONA A LA BAJA

El alojamiento está bien y la zona comunitaria con la piscina es preciosa, pero el exterior lo desmerece con todas las posibles tiendas cerradas, con persianas oxidadas y estropeadas. Las calles traseras de la manzana, que no dan al puerto, están llenas de baches o sin asfaltar.

Nous avons apprécié les prestations: linge impeccable, bonne literie, et la présence de deux WC! pratique ! la vue des chambres sur la piscine est superbe et sur la mer également. Le port est juste à côté: nickel pour les marins.
