Magnificent apartment located on the ground floor with communal pool and garden, just 10 meters away to the beach.

This beautiful apartment is located in a privileged place, just 10 meters away to the beach. And 150 meters away is the historic center of L'Escala, where you will find a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds. It is the ideal place to forget about the car.

The apartment has a double bedroom, a bedroom with a trundle bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed. Two bathrooms with shower, American kitchen (fully equipped with basic kitchen utensils), and living room with access to a large terrace with beautiful views of the sea. The community has a large pool and garden.

In total in the apartment can accommodate 6 people: in a room with a double bed, a room with a trundle bed (two beds of 0.90 cm), and a room with a bunk bed (two beds of 0.90 cm).

High vans do not enter at the parking.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
