Functional and sunny house on one floor completely renovated surrounded by spacious plot. Large terrace in the front and private pool of 7x5 meters in the back of the house that enjoys great privacy.
The house has a living room with sofa bed and direct access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Being a total of five places available.
The house has a parking area both inside and in front of the house. Satellite TV, free WIFI, barbecue and travel cot if necessary.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Absolutely fantastic!
Big thank you to Carmen and David for their hospitality.The property was lovely and clean with good size swimming pool.I'escala is a beautiful town with great mountain views and beaches.Very quiet in May if you don't like overcrowded places it's the best time to go. Gemütliches Ferienhäuschen in ruhiger Lage
Wir waren vom 18.-26.05.2024 hier. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von David und Carmen begrüßt, obwohl wir fast 2 Stunden zu früh angekommen sind. Eine Flasche Wasser und eine leckere Melone standen beim Einzug für uns bereit. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und ist sehr sauber. Bei Fragen bekommt man sehr zeitnah eine Antwort. Auf der Terrasse kann man die Morgensonne sehr genießen. Der schöne Pool war leider noch etwas zu kalt um sich länger darin aufzuhalten. Der Hafen beziehungsweise die Restaurants am Meer sind zu Fuß in ca.10 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt es ebenfalls genug. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in L’Escala. Das Haus ist super. Die Betten sind total bequem. Unser Sohn hat noch nie so lange geschlafen. Wir haben bei unserer Ankunft Carmen und ihre Tochter kennengelernt. Beide waren sehr nett. Kleine Anmerkung, laut den Bildern sind Auflagen vorhanden. Es gibt jedoch keine. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

nous avons passez 2 semaines super la villa est très propre et décorée avec soin, la piscine est juste super les propriétaires sont gentils et accueillants la résidence est très calme a 800 mètres du centre et de l'esplanade un point idéale seul petit bémol la connexion internet pas terrible et la télévision que 2 chaines en français

Ruhige Lage mir Top Ausstattung im Sommer
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Auf wenig Fläche alles funktional eingerichtet. Der Fön fehlte zwar, wurde aber per Amazon vom Vermieter 1 Tag später geliefert. 👍 Klima & Pool lassen die Hitze vergessen. Das Meer ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Parken im Hof war möglich. Alles da was man braucht.

Urlaub 2023
Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort. Was uns gestört hat waren die Kameras, sowohl am Eingang als auch im Poolbereich. Dies stand nicht im Inserat. Wir hatten die Kamera so gedreht das sie uns nicht filmten. Hier wurde aber von außerhalb die Kameras wieder zurück gedreht, das geht nicht. Ich kann verstehen das man sein Haus irgendwie absichern soll/muss dieses wurde uns aber nicht mitgeteilt. Deswegen sind wir auch 2 Tage früher abgereist. Des weiteren sind auch keine Auflagen auf den Sonnenliegen und den Stühlen vorhanden gewesen, sodass man hier improvisieren musste. Hier bitte ich um Abänderung.

Dommage, un peu décu.
Acceuil des propriétaires très expéditif. Manque de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine pour 4 personnnes (Plats , poêlle, ouvre boîte, essoreuse salade, plats micro ondes etc..) Invasion par les fourmies ne permettant pas de laisser de la nourriture hors du frigo dans la cuiine.. Manque indication pour la télévision qui ne possède que 3 chaines francaises info. 2 Transats piscine pour 4 poersonnes seulement. Nettoyage et vérification piscine très subjectif.

Schönes, kleines Ferienhaus, ruhige Umgebung und gute Ausstattung
Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und das Haus in einem sehr sauberen und aufgeräumten Zustand. Aufkommende Probleme wurden sofort behoben (zu wenig Wasser im Pool und dadurch lautere Pumpengeräusche). Vom Haus selber sind fußläufig der Strand und die Promenade erreichbar, selbst die Altstadt von L'Escala kann in ca. 20 Minuten erreicht werden. Der Pool ist wirklich toll und die Kinder haben ihre helle Freude daran gehabt. Insgesamt kann man dieses Haus zu 100% empfehlen und auch wir können uns gut vorstellen es noch einmal zu buchen.
