Newly built property with an excellent location that allows you to enjoy the town of L'Escala and its beaches easily. It is cosy, with exterior aspects, bright and comfortable. Located on the 1st floor of a two-story building with two neighbours, it has a 25 m2 private garage, elevator, air conditioning and private room on the roof for alfresco dining.



The living area is 43m² up for 3 people. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living-dining room open to the kitchen. In addition, it enjoys a 25m2 room on the roof of the building in the heart of the historic centre of the municipality.



The bedrooms have a double bed and a bunk bed respectively.

The most challenging aspect was finding the address to collect the key and we remain grateful for the assistance of a local resident. A map would help. It would also be useful to have some rudimentary instructions for the operation of the appliances, for those who may be unfamiliar. The absence of a kettle was quickly resolved. A parasol on the terrace would be beneficial in very hot weather. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and were glad to find L'Escala still the same at heart as it was during our last visit 5 years ago. The apartment was very good and the garage is a great convenience with a car. We have been to this part of L'Escala many times and we will be glad to return to this appartment or this booking agent.
