Nous avons été informés le matin même de notre jour d’arrivée que l’appartement serait disponible avant l’heure prévu du Check Ing.
Dommage de nous avoir prévenu si tard. En effet l’agence fermant entre 13 et 15h et en comptant le temps de trajet, difficile de pouvoir en profiter.
A la remise des clefs, la personne de l’agence nous a donné l’adresse d’un autre appartement… heureusement je m’en suis rendu compte.
L’appartement est conforme aux photos, et son emplacement est excellent.
La literie est de qualité.
Malheureusement a notre arrivée, la couleur de l’eau chaude était couleur rouille pendant 3 jours.
Il y a aussi un problème d’odeurs (remontées d’égouts)… nous en avons fait part à l’agence mais nous avons eu comme réponse : « il s’agit de l’odeur de la mer.. »
Un camion de vidange est passé dans la semaine faire le débouchage mais ça n’a rien changé..
L’appartement est très mal insonorisé.
L’équipement est sommaire.
Un ventilateur, un sèche cheveux, wifi et télévision avec chaînes internationales seraient le bienvenu au vu du prix de la location.

C'est un bel appartement, bien situé et bien équipé
Mais avec quelques petits problèmes: *l'isolation phonique quasi inexistante
*la ventilation et/ou climatisation inexistante est très difficile à supporter par la chaleur de la région
*la difficulté a avoir accès à une place de parking qui complique le séjour
