Maison agréable avec un grand jardin plein sud devant et une cour à l'arrière rafraîchissante. Le parking à l'intérieur du terrain clos. L'intérieur aménagé avec goût et complet pour passer des vacances sans souci. L'abri pour petit déjeuner ou autre attenant à la maison est un plus par beau temps.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, près de l'Océan, grâce au temps magnifique qui nous a permis de belles promenades à la découverte de l'Ile.Petite déception cependant : la maison est située au bord d'une rue très passante (piétons, vélos, voitures...), ce qui est un peu désagréable pour profiter de l'extérieur de la maison.En dehors de l'époque des vacances scolaires, cela doit être beaucoup plus calme !

Très bon séjour dans cette maison typique de Noirmoutier, au calme et proche de tout à pieds. Nous avons visité l'ile qui est vraiment jolie. Dommage pour le temps qui a souvent été gris et pluvieux, mais, malgré ça, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Hôtes sympathiques qui nous ont tout expliqué à l'arrivée.

Magnifique séjour de 15 jours. au sein de cette location. idéalement située. Nous avons pu profiter de la plage , des commerces du village sans prendre la voiture, un vrai luxe! L’Epine est un village où il fait bon vivre, et très dynamique. Marchés, spectacles, soirées guinguettes, douceurs de la mer.. Location d’une très grande propreté et confortable ! Il ne manque rien!Notre Berger australien Sisca a apprécié le grand jardin. Merci infiniment pour votre accueil Mme Gendron, et pour vos délicieuses figues.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im typischen Stil

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Vermieterin hat uns persönlich alles gezeigt, die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt, sauber, schön und funktional eingerichtet. Es gab neben dem Geschirrspüler, auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner. Auf Grund der anfangs niedrigen Tempearturen und des Regenwetters roch die Wohnung etwas "muffig", das war aber nach ein paar sonnigen Tagen und etwas durchlüften vorbei. Die Wohnung liegt unweit des Zentrums von Épine, hier gibt es einen Fahrradverleih, einen Lenbensmittel Laden, mehrere Bäckereien und Restaurants. Wer mal original kreolisch von einer Köchin aus aus Madagaskar bekocht werden möchten, den empfehlen wir das Restaurant Mad Arome, wirklich sehr lecker! Der Strand ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar und mit dem Fahrrad kommt man auf sicheren Radwegen schnell nach Noirmoutier. Die Straße die manchen Vormieter gestört hat, war für uns kein Problem, wir haben sie kaum wahrgenommen.

Une très belle maison

Une très belle maison, bien entretenue et équipée de tout ce qu’il faut, rien ne va vous manquer. Les propriétaires Madame et Monsieur Gendron sont très accueillants, attentifs et à l’écoute. La maison est située au calme à 400 m de la plage et à quelques pas de la place du village avec magasins, restaurants et café – ne manquez pas la Boulangerie du Moulin ! Nous avons passés deux semaines très agréables à l’Epine – recommandation.

Toll, aber nicht 5 Sterne

Das Objekt war gut. Sauber. Ausstattung war okay. Nette Vermieter. Kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Ort. Aber für 1200€/Woche fehlte es an vielem, um 5 Sterne zu geben: - laute Straße vor dem Haus mit extrem viel Verkehr, - wenig Privatsphäre durch wenig Sichtschutz zur Straße hin Kein Sonnenschirm (war angeblich von Vormieter geklaut, was aber nicht unser Problem ist) - defekter Rauchmelder, der mehrfach unmotiviert Alarm schlug und nachts anfing zu piepen. Vermieter reagierten darauf mit Schulterzucken Und ich finde, wenn man in einem Gebiet wohnt, in dem Meersalz für 1€/Kilo angeboten wird, wäre es eine nette Geste gewesen, mal so ein Päckchen zur Begrüßung in die Ferienwohnung zu stellen. Aber das wäre die Extrameile gewesen, die ich am Ende dann nicht mehr erwartet habe. Dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht vorhanden, sondern gemietet werden müssen, hätte man uns gerne auch ohne Anfrage sagen können. Egal. -Alarm schlug Verkehr

Die Anzeige hält was sie verspricht

Wenn man kein Halligalli mag, sondern entspannt die Seele baumeln lassen möchte, ist hier goldrichtig. Zahlreiche große Sandstrände laden zum Sonnenbaden ein. Jeden Tag ein schöner Markt in einem Ort. Das Haus wunderbar ausgestattet, wir haben uns mit unseren beiden Hunden sehr Wohlgefühl.

Situation géographique idéale au sein de l’île

Vacances idéales pour qui aime la mer , les jolies maisons blanches avec leur jardin très soigné, la pinède, les jolies plages de sable . Parcours en vélo idéal ! Et un plaisir de manger des huîtres !!

Tolle Lage und alles, was du brauchst, in der Nähe

Das war ein durch und durch tolles Erlebnis. Von der Buchung über die Kommunikation und den Check-in bis zum Check-out. Die Lage ist perfekt, um leicht zum Strand zu kommen, mit dem Hund spazieren zu gehen, zu joggen, Vögel zu beobachten, frische Austern zu essen und frische Produkte auf dem Markt zu kaufen. 2 Supermärkte sind nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, eine Bäckerei 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Haus ist so, wie du es auf den Bildern siehst, einfach eingerichtet, aber komfortabel. Man sieht es nicht, aber der Kühlschrank ist groß und hat eine kleinere Gefrierfach oben drauf. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und waren glücklich, 3 wunderbare Wochen in diesem Haus zu verbringen. Vielen Dank an Familie Gendron für ihre Gastfreundschaft.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Häuschen ist sehr hübsch und vor allem auch mit dem großen und schönen Garten, welcher von einer Mauer umschlossen ist, so dass unsere Kinder und Hunde sich darin frei bewegen konnten. Es ist auch nett eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Zudem war es sehr sauber. Das Ehepaar Gendron ist sehr nett und haben sich sofort und gut gekümmert, wenn Bedarf war. Der Check-In und der Check-out sind ebenfalls reibungslos und nett verlaufen. Die Lage des Ferienhäuschens ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Es liegt in einem netten Örtchen mit u.a. Restaurants und sehr leckerem Bäcker. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Supermarkt und der Strand ist ebenfalls nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Wir würden irgendwann sicher wiederkommen.

sehr freundliche Gastgeber

Wir sind von der Familie Gendron ganz herzlich begrüßt worden. Es ist ein schönes Häuschen und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Insel ist wunderschön, da sie nicht zu groß ist kann man alles erkunden, herrliche Strände, kleine Orte. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
