Location bien située et propice pour des vacances reposantes.

Nous avons pu profiter des plages et des parcours de randonnée situés à un quart d'heure de la la location. Celle-ci est très bien équipée.

location très rustique

il y a tout ce qu'il faut mais odeur de moisi et odeur de chien mouillé dans le lit des parents odeur de moisi dans toute la maison et odeur de chien mouillé dans le lit des parents. Deplus jardin de l'autre coté de la route non précisé dans l'annonce ;

TRÈS BON SEJOUR

Nous avons passé mon fils de 12 ans et moi même, un agréable séjour, notre chien également profité de la compagnie des chiens de nos hôtes. La proximité avec nos hôtes a été un plus pour ma part. La maison est très spacieux et très propre, nous avons bien profité du barbecue et du salon de jardin très cosy. Une maison fonctionnelle et nous avions à disposition plus qu’il nous fallait. Je garde cette location pour de prochaines vacances. Bonne continuation.

Maison agréable mais sentiment d'être épiés

La maison est agréable mais nous avons eu le sentiment d'être épiés dans tous ce que nous faisions (reproche d'avoir mis la machine à laver en dehors des heures creuses, sorties dès que nous étions dans le jardin...). La propriétaire qui habite juste à côté (maison commune séparée par une porte) a osé rentrer dans la maison lors de notre absence pour mettre la machine à laver en route à des fins personnelles du coup nous avons anticiper notre départ au vendredi 17h30 au lieu du samedi 11h car nous ne nous sentions vraiment pas libre de nos faits et gestes. Nous tenons a préciser que le logement des propriétaires est mitoyen de la maison et seulement séparer par des portes en bas et à l'étage dont la propriétaire à la clé et qu'elle garde un double des clés de la maison qu'elle loue ce qu'il fait qu'elle pouvait rentrer quand elle le souhaitait dès que nous étions partis.

Vacances sympathiques et agréables

Très bon accueil par un couple sympathique . La maison bien qu'ancienne est accueillante et nous y trouvons tout le nécessaire .Vous pouvez aussi profiter du petit jardin avec tables et chaises longues à l'abri des regards. Le village est charmant et de bons petits restaurants sont à découvrir ainsi que dans la région qui est très belle et animée comme Royan .Il y a aussi beaucoup de choses à visiter .

agréable séjour

couple sympathique et accueillant qui mérite d'être encouragé dans leur nouvelle activité de loueur . Maison située dans un quartier calme proche du port et tout prêt d'une épicerie dépôt de pain. Maison pratique et bien équipée. Très bonne situation dans la région avec de nombreuses activités . Les animaux sont acceptés et bienvenus et possibilité de les promener dans les pâturages proches.

un séjour très agréable dans un petit village calme et hospitalier et dans une maison pourvue de tout le nécessaire. Le village est très bien situé proche de toutes les destinations : Royan, Rochefort, Ile d’Oléron, La Rochelle ... Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles.
