This splendid villa with park is located just 2 km from the historic center of L'Aquila, one of the most beautiful historic cities in Italy. The possibility of walking in the large garden and using the barbecue and the wood-burning oven will make your stays unique. The magnificent view of the Gran Sasso massif of Italy (7000 square meters) will benefit the spirit and mind of our guests. The villa is located a few kilometers from the ski resorts, one hour from Rome and one hour from the Adriatic Sea. For a stay in total relaxation and with the possibility of exploiting large spaces and making outdoor barbecues.

Ferragosto stupendo
Sono stata in questa proprietà con il mio gruppo di amici a Ferragosto. La casa è molto ampia,dotata di 4 camere matrimoniali e altrettanti bagni. Ampio giardino ideale per barbecue. Proprietari molto disponibili.
