VILLA SOL

Villa Sol is a villa situated on the south of Costa Dorada, in the village of l'Ampolla managed by Catalan Ways.



We have two offices in l’Ampolla to give support and information on all aspects of your holiday on the Costa Dorada; our job is to make sure you have all the knowledge you need to have the wonderful holiday you deserve..



Villa Sol is a modernist property that is spacious, elegant and filled with light thanks to the bay windows and French doors that front the garden and pool area. It is also perfectly located in the middle of L'Ampolla Mar so the Arenal beach is just a stroll away as are the shops and the restaurants along the wonderful maritime boardwalk. The independent kitchen is equipped to a very high standard and offers an elegant breakfast area for coffee and croissants. The lounge and dining area are open plan, with a large flatscreen TV and access to the lawned gardens and 10 meter long pool. The pool is super well designed with easy step access and a raised ‘toddler’ platform for playing in plus a deeper .



There are four bedrooms, two double rooms and two bedroom with two single beds plus two spacious bathrooms. It is ideal for family. The villa is air-conditioned through-out using a fan system to distribute the cold air evenly in the house.

First great thing about Villa Sol, Spanish for Happiness, is its location.

There is off street parking for one car but it is a quiet neighbourhood so there is no problem parking on the street.



All in all, this villa has proven to be a great success regarding location, price versus quality and the comfort the villa offers. Not to mention that great big pool.
