Saona Villas offers you a good choice of holidays for this comfortable villa (with air conditioning included) which enjoys its private pool and a beautiful privacy in its lovely Mediterranean garden. Comfortable villa, independent and built on one level. It has a welcoming interior with air conditioning, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside, you will enjoy its beautiful garden, partly with lawn, and its beautiful private pool. It is located in the urbanization Las Tres Calas 1500 meters from the sea.

Approximate distances: Urbanization Las Tres Calas. Ametlla de Mar city center 3.5 km. Sea 1.5 km. Cambrils and Salou 25 and 30 minutes drive. Amusement park "Port Aventura" 40 km.

Areas: Habitable of about 140 m². Land of about 900 m².

Inside: Large living/ dining room with air conditioning, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and sofa bed 2 places. Separate kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker). 2 double bedrooms (2 single beds separated in each). 1 en suite bedroom (1 double bed) with air conditioning. 2 bathrooms/ WC (with shower).
