A 100m2 one floor family house, with a big garden, for 6 people, based in l'Ametlla de Mar, Costa Durada.

The house has 4 bedrooms, two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed, dining-room, independent kitchen fully equiped and bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms and dining-room. There is another bedroom outside completely independent from the house with a double bed, bathroom with shower and air conditioning too. Free WIFI.

Outside there is a 400m2 garden with private swiming-pool with salt and an outdoor kitchen with fridge and BBQ.

1 km away there is a comercial area where you can find restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.

L'Ametlla de Mar is a cosy fishermen village with plenty of people in summer, going to enjoy sunbathing.

Also l'Ametlla de Mar is half an hour away by car to the north from the amusement park of Port Aventura, great for the whole family, and half an hour away by car to the south form the Delta del Ebro,a natural park well known all around Europe.

Bonnes vacances par contre seul bémol sur l’annonce il y avait mentionné 5 chambres alors que c’était un canapé lit, à notre grande surprise et déception, aussi pour ceux qui dormaient au salon pas de volet donc trop de luminosité pour se reposer.

La casa estaba en buenas condiciones aunque habia alguna cosa q deberia restaurar o reparar. Pero por lo general todo correcto. La piscina genial y super acogedora con su jardin.
