Summary:

Wonderful holiday home with private pool and very large, completely fenced garden.
On the covered terrace, the tenants have a wonderful barbecue place available.

Internet via wifi available. There is parking for several cars on the property.
Setting mattress for a child is possible.

All the rooms are on the ground floor: There is a large living-dining room (with air conditioning), fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher),
2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning).

The house is in a rural residential area. It is the last house at the end of the village.

Getting Around:
The house is located in a nice edge of the village of Alfaz del Pi.

Private villa with great pool

Everything is just as pictured. The garden is very large and very private and secure, the pool is excellent - you can have a proper swim as an adult and it's nice and deep. The villa is spacious and traditional. Unless you just want to hang out in the villa, you will need a car as there is nothing in walking distance. Just a few minutes drive away however is beautiful Altea - we really recommend this. Shops are all just a few minutes drive away and close to Benidorm too. We had to go and buy essentials when we arrived like washing up liquid, cooking oil, milk, tea etc as nothing like this is provided. The lady who did the welcome and explained the villa was very friendly and made it all very simple. Lovely view of trees and mountains from the back garden and villa very clean.

We had a lovely time at the finca. Very homely with lots of character. Huge place for two people but worth it to be able totally relax. Thank you for a lovely week.

Vacances géniales en famille.La maison est très bien, spacieuse, située au calme avec la climatisation.La piscine est top car elle est grande et bien orientée.Le grand jardin clôturé est très appréciable pour garder une tranquillité de vacances reposantes.L'accueil est assuré par Tatiana qui est très gentille et disponible, ce fut vraiment un super séjour.Nous reviendrons.

A little break🌞🌴

We have a beautiful couple in the finca. The pool is very large, the children and we parents had a lot of fun in the pool. The finca is located in a quiet area, completely fenced in to enjoy your privacy. Tatjana is a 100 out of 10 ❤️ The only negative point is the age of the mattresses. These should be exchanged to please the guest. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about. We would definitely come back.

Great villa with private pool in quiet neighbourhood

We had a very great, two weeks stay in this spacious house. Everything you need is there, it was very clean and the pool and garden are amazing. We really enjoyed it and would certainly recommend it to others. Hopefully we can come back next year.
