Good location

We have just spent 2 nights here, great location, short walk to shops, beach, bars and restaurants. With it being December, we did not really use any of the amenities on site, it was very quiet, again stayed over the Xmas period, the staff were very pleasant. Basic accommodation, but equipped with everything you need. The price matched the type of accommodation, so no complaints really, beds were comfortable although we did book a double but were given a twin room, as it was only for 2 evenings we did not comment to reception. Good heating system and WiFi.

Good location

Apartment is very well equipped with everything you would need. I found the apartment a little noisy at times, with slamming doors and echoing from the pool area. Location is good being a short walk to all the local restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk to the pebble beach. I would stay here again but not for longer than a week.

Clean and comfortable

The booking form said that reception was open 10 am to 10 pm with checkin from 1pm. We delayed our arrival until after 2pm only to find that reception was closed from 1.30pm until 5pm. Luckily we had our own transport so the luggage was not a problem but we had to kill time. The receptionist made no apology and said it was not her problem. Apart from this, our stay was comfortable.

The hotel was very nice, the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room were comfortable and clean. The location was excellent ideal for restaurants and bars also for shops and a 15 minute walk to the beach we will definately stay there again.

2nd family holiday

We have stayed here twice for a total of 34 days and have been highly satisfied with the apartment and cleanliness. Reception staff are fantastic, could do with more cover in the afternoon though. The block is usually quiet and in a good location, would use again.Could do with English TV channels though and maybe a bigger TV - minor gripe.

Ideal Location

The hotel was in an ideal location within easy reach of the beach, bus stops, restaurants, bars and shops. It provided an ideal location as a base for a short stay. The staff were helpful and friendly and if we ever visited Albir again would stay in the hotel.

This hotel is ok, that's all I can say really. I went at the start of September with my girlfriend, not many people around the hotel and there is a jacuzzi which is relaxing. Close to a Lidl for shopping but walking to the beach was a bit of an effort in the heat, shingle beach as well and they take advantage by charging 11 euro for 2 sun loungers and an umbrella at the beach. There is no oven in the kitchen just a microwave and hobs. No bath just a shower. there was a table on the balcony though and this was a good place to eat meals.

Las Terrazas Del Albir - Great base for short stay

The apartments are nicely situated within easy walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc.. And is a really good value, nicely kept apartment for anything up to a week. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed Albir. We much preferred it to Benidorm and is much more suited to those wanting a laid back fairly low key atmosphere whilst still being lively enough to find plenty restaurants and outside bars. The apartments themselves were very clean and the few staff were all very friendly. Only small criticism, and it is a small criticism, is that we arrived just after a group of maybe ten people who we got on well with, but drank the hotel bar dry of just about everything! They were only there a weekend and during that time thru drank all the beer, vodka and gin so they made s start on the Malibu! We travelled with my father in law who is terminally I'll and required a wheel chair to get around. The owner was kind enough to position us on the bottom flaw for easy access and we found the hotel very accommodating and suitable for those with disabilities. We all enjoyed it that much we are likely to return next year.
