Old style and noisy, lights from hallway enter into room and is on motion sensor. Very annoying
its like going back to royal times or medieval. very cute decorations we stayed at a suite with an old royal feel. We liked it and it was walking distance to a lot of restaurants( just walk down hill)
Hotel refused to honor Orbitz reservation. The receptionist at check in said the hotel had been sold out for 3 days. She said Orbitz should not have booked this reservation for me and that any inconvenience of mine was due to Orbitz. I reported this incident on the message sent to me by Orbitz, re: How Was Your Check In?, which you sent me at about 4am on 9/14. I arrived from the airport at 3 am on 9/14. Receptionist refused to help me find another room or even to call a cab, She told me that she needed to wait until her manager arrived the next morning for approval to do any of those services.
