the staff was pleasant, the location was excellent, the drainage system in the bathroom was old and had an unpleasant gas smelling out the room
Where should I start. Just try to book some other hotel. This place is a disaster. My room had a lot of issues. See attached pictures for examples (broken light fixtures, broken curtain rods, stained carpets, non-working air conditioning etc.). I spent almost 50% of my time during the stay trying to request to resolve these issues. Even Orbitz didn’t help much. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with their customer support desk. Anyways, pay a few extra dollars and find a better place to stay. This hotel was allegedly a 4-Star hotel. I wouldn’t give this hotel any stars. Simply put, runaway from making reservations at this hotel. Best of luck!!
the staff are really wonderful I was looking for a bank and I asked one of the staff, he walk me about half-mile to show me the bank really helpful and very polite staff
