GREAT HOTEL IN THE CENTER OFKYIV. LOCATION IS THE BEST . STAFF IS VERY NICE SPEAKS GOOD ENGLISH. I ALWAYS STAY THERE. ONLY THINK NEEDS FASTER MORE RELIABLE WIFI BUT THE BEST HOTEL IN KYIV
Unfortunately American standards are not manifested in this place. Stuff is not client oriented at all. They promise parking, but it’s a street parking where everyone can park no matter if you live there or not. I have been told I will not have cleaning as I stay only for 2 nights, so that’s fine, I left my things and my computer as I didn’t expect anyone to come, and later found out the room service was inside… they even gave me ripped up towels instead of the good towels I had before. And don’t get surprised if they put you in the room with a parking view after you paid $148 for the city view. I highly recommend to look for a better place for that price. And for whatever happens- they will never apologize. Probably they think it’s humiliating to accept mistakes while a customer pays $300 for 2 nights…

Quite place in the middle of down town area. Walking distance to shopping malls and grocery.
Great location for center of kyiv. Everything is good clean looks new just needs faster wifi
I personally like that it was not overly busy. I had plenty of room and space at the bar to chat with staff. Some locals would also come in as well to interact with in the common area and have a drink as well.

the hotel is very modern with chic minimlaist interior, not too the liking of all but i like this style. Desk staff was friendly adn room was small but super bed and great bathroom, also internet was excellent. there were a few minor issues like,amenities were none other then a combo shampoo soap, no lotiion or conditioner, kind of cheap in my opinion. Location for city tour not the best and many taxi drivers couldnt find it, but again i liked it and would return
