The LUXURY studio is located in the new complex of 2018 "Vozduhoflotsky quarter." The complex consists of 3 houses with a large closed courtyard and a two-level underground parking. There are security, entry by magnetic key. Passing through the front door, you find yourself in the inner courtyard of the block with a large playground, a sports ground with simulators, a recreation area, a zone with large chess. The apartment has a balcony that opens onto a private courtyard.
Apartment has unfolding sofa, double bed, base equipped kitchen, work table, wifi, cooker, kettle, electrical fireplace, bathtube, balcony. NON-smokers only.
The house is very well located, a couple of steps from the main road - Prospekt Peremohy, from which you can quickly get to any part of the city. To the subway "Polytechnic Institute" 10 minutes walk, to the center 10-15 min. on a transport. The shopping center "Smart Plaza" (supermarket "Silpo", Oscar cinema, sports club with swimming pool, shops, cafes), large park, shopping center "Ukraine", circus, medical university, Politechnical university, children's hospital Okhmatdet, stadium Start. Nearby: railway station, Lukyanovka, Solomenka, Chokolovka. In the next house are located: coworking Lofti 1700 sq. M (where you can work and hold negotiations), office centers Kubik, Vector, Solomon University.
