Nice accomodation in quiet area of Kyiv

Nice location close to Kyiv international airport but in quiet area of big city Kyiv. Amazing look from the window to city night lights. Fridge, tea kettle and all necessary amenities like plates, cups, spoons and forks, and separate table available to have a breakfast or drink some vine with friend. Air-conditioned but it was not necessary to use in the night because we just left windows open to have fresh air.

Hotel itself is very nice, but it´s in last flor of lock of flats. From elevator you have to go through garbage and not cozy surrounding.

Recommended

Very nice hotel with wonderful hospitality. But it’s really hard to find since it’s on the 17:th floor of a huge apartment buildning. It should benefit from a sign at the entrance.

Firstly I would like to thank the apartment for allowing our 3am arrival. We took an Uber from the IEV airport for around 80uah. Arrival at the residential area was confusing, the buzzer lead you to the ground floor where security was confused but eventually told us where the apartments were, my suggestion is to provide guests how to locate the apartment ahead of arrival. The apartment itself was spotless clean and had everything you needed including kitchenette, minibar (with items). Breakfast menu had 4 options, we choose 2 different options which were served at the exact time requested. Check out was very messy and was the downfall - I suggest receptionists have invoices ready and are aware of what payments have been made BEFORE a guest is ready to check out, check out took 30 mins.

The hotel is really good inside, clean bed was super comfortable, But, the elevator only comes up to the 14th floor and the hotel is about 17! It was not easy to go up 3 floors to go down with 2 large suitcases .. Fortunately, there was a person who helped us! Except from this moment, me and my sister had a wonderful time, with a nice breakfast and kind staff. May and Leni

The rooms making up this hotel was well disguised

The access to this 'hotel' was the worst experienced ever: - No visible sign of the 'hotel' on the huge building (we & taxi driver though we had got lost) - No call-button to reach the 'hotel' from entrance - Only a minor sign saying that hotel was 7 floors up with the elevator - Once up to 7th floor another minor sign saying we should go to end of long corridor - Once to end of long corridor another sign saying we should walk up the stairs - The stairs were over 2 floors - as a single mother with little baby and 30 kg of luggage that was not possible to manage. Had to leave valuable luggage and climb the stairs to look for reception. - No visible reception when having climbed stairs. - Found one door and finally found a woman who could help me.

A strange set up!

The hotel was perfectly fine but for one thing, it was on top of a 16 storey block of flats! We got dropped off by a taxi driver who didn't know if he was in the right place. The problem is that there is no signage to indicate that the hotel exists and, as you enter through what looks like a fire exit, locating the place can be very difficult. Also it's a bit out of town and, although it's on a bus route, it takes a while to work out were the buses go. You have to take a lift to the 14th floor and walk up stairs to the 16th where the entrance is located, a bell is used to gain access. Once inside it is a comfortable hotel with nice staff.

Soviet building - great staff

Incredibly hard to find the place. The uber driver recommended giving up. I went to the wrong building initially and a nice lady took me to the hotel which on the 17th floor of the building next door. You have to walk up the final 3 or 4 floors. Once you arrive there is some great staff there to meet you. Views of the area. Very spacious and clean (if a bit soviet) rooms. The good: * great staff * nice breakfast * price The ok: * location is residential a bit far from everything * hard to find (especially the first time) * building is a soviet hold over I would go back mostly due to the great staff and service.
