Квартира находится в прекраснейшем месте в самом центре города,
а окна выходят в тихий закрытый двор, где Вы можете парковать свою машину.
Квартира большая, 55 метров квадратных, а дополнительное ощущение простора придают высокие потолки.
Ремонт, мебель и техника полностью новые, 2017 года, что не может не радовать. Есть посудомойка.
Наша горничная работает добросовестно и мы всегда предоставляем квартиру в чистом виде, кроме этого Вы можете заказать дополнительную уборку.

Спальня с двуспальной кроватью и балконом, гостиная с двуспальным диваном совмещенная с кухней со всеми кухонными принадлежностями,
а также большая прихожая и ванная комната с большой ванной.
Полное оснащение бытовой техникой: плазменный телевизор,
высокоскоростной wi-fi, посудомоечная машина, холодильник, плита, микроволновка, чайник, кондиционер, утюг+гладильная доска, фен. Есть бойлер.

Шота Руставели - дорога к культуре и стадиону.
Одна из центральных улиц Киева, на которой хорошо сохранен исторический облик.
Здесь находится центральная Киевская синагога Бродского (проходят экскурсии), очень популярный Национальный спортивный комплекс Олимпийский, кинотеатр "Кинопанорама". Рядом современный торгово-развлекательный центр Гулливер с большим количеством современных бутиков, крупный супермаркет Сильпо. Возле дома продуктовый магазин. На небольшой улице Шота Руставели расположено больше 30-ти ресторанов.
Это прекрасное место в самом центре Киева.
Хотя во всех других направлениях очень приятно и интересно гулять, добавлю что до Крещатика, до Бессарабской площади 10 минут пешком.
