A nice homely place for business and social visits. Cost is reasonable. Food is fair as well as the pricing it is value for money. The best part is the location and the rooms...food needs improvement.
I had a great experience the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. the rooms are very comfortable. the other thing was that the staff reacted very quickly to my requests. the porter was extremely good and was really willing to help, I forget his name he was on duty in the evenings.
Ideal location for our visit and close to the airport and city access. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean and tidy. Room was a good size with all the necessary ammenaties. Local options to dine.
Accommodation was good but the restaurant was not good. Staff too little for all the guests waited 2 hours for every dinner. It was terrible service. I will not recommend this hotel for my family and friends. I don't know what happened to this hotel. We have stayed there before 3 times and never had any problems.
We had a great time. We were all blown away by the hotel facilities - definitely money-worth status! We called our room a "presidential suite", truly breath-taking masterpiece. All staff were really good and friendly. The maintenance guy was so awesome and very patient with us calling him all the time to come sort out the aircons - never lost his touch. Amazing stay we had and will DEFINITELY revisit and recommend all friends and colleaques to stay here.
Lovely big room. Pretty pool area and well maintained but sadly restaurant not at all up to scratch. Slow service food, ran out of tomato sauce, food very average. Brought wine but no glasses- had to get our own.
The rooms are ok, but we asked several times if they had made the beds separately, and they swore they did, but there was only one bed. The restaurant was so slow that by the food arrived we were starving. Maybe a trick to get us to eat the below average food? Also they were out of ketchup, KETCHUP?!?!
Rooms are spacious, facilities nice. Managed to mess up my bed order though. Service at dinner poor. Long wait, average food, running out of tomato sauce, crazy. Comrades happens every year guys surely you can prepare better
Wonderful, comfortable stay. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly, accomodating and helpful. Amazing views of the ocean, bay and stadium. Great breakfast - lots of tasty options.
The Riverside Hotel experience was pleasantly surprising. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean, neat and well equipped. Everything worked and I felt that the stay was good value for money.
