This hotel is very nicely situated at the sea side. Nice swimming in the sea, nice quite beach, nice swimming pools. Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner also, all 3 three with large buffets with excellent food. Very large and convenient room. Excellent Wifi. Maybe, the best of all is the personnel, extremely friendly and helpful. Very good experiences with them. A special thank you to Nava, my friend from Nepal, who really made me feel like a VIP.
My room was great, the bed was really comfortable, huge bathroom with a shower and a bath tube. Staff was amazing, polite, always here for me. The hospitality I had cannot be described with words. The food was beyond extraordinary. Location is great, next to the Marina where you have plenty of things to do and right next to Marina Mall. The hotel is 10-15 minutes away from Kuwait City by car. I highly recommend this hotel, haven't had such great experience elsewhere
I helped organize and run a workshop for 30 people from around the world, hosted at the Marina Hotel in Kuwait. The staff was extremely helpful from start to finish. Our event was very well supported - from the visa process to rooming assignments, meals, workshop space, leisure activities, and transport to and from the airport. Everything went extremely well thanks to the professionalism and friendliness of the Marina Hotel. As an organizer and a guest at the hotel, I was especially impressed with the dedication of Wissam, who managed our booking, Rabih, who managed our meals, Haytham, who arranged transport and general logistics, and Chandan, who helped provide me with a great breakfast each day. I'm sure there were dozens of other staff members who worked hard to make our stay so enjoyable, and I am very thankful to them all! With participants from 18 countries, I expected to have some complaints from someone about food or accommodations, but instead they were all very impressed with the Marina Hotel and it made our work together very productive. I cannot recommend this venue more highly; it was perfect.
Everything about this hotel was perfect: the room, the facilities, the breakfast, the surroundings, the pool(s), the attention to detail, the people... oh the people!! So helpful, friendly and kind!! Congratulations to the management, you have selected the best and trained them very well!! Would definitely come back!!
I visited Kuwait on an almost 3 week bisiness trip. The local company I was working for put me up at the marina Hotel. It was an excellent choice. Location right on the water and across from a big shopping mall was wonderful. Room was large and clean and everyone at the hotel was super friendly to this American. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was very good. I mixture of western and middle eastern food on the buffett. I want to say how wonderful my waiter was. He name was Aaitwarpi, and he made me feel like I had a personel waiter. Brought me my coffe every morning, said hello with my name even though I never told him what it was, and even knew my travel schedule. He started off every day right for me which was nice cause the workday was always stressful. The manager Rabih Annan was also very helpful and friendly.
This time our visit was for a conference and not for leisure. However, the touches they were fantastic. The hotel has an excellent service. Starting with their valet and parking lot to their comfortable halls with the good facilities they provided. The breakfast we had at their main restaurant, Six Palms Lounge, it was wonderful, especially the fresh lighting in the hall ... truly bright and relaxing. The food was very nice, especially their stations, whether the eggs station or the wraps stations ( traditional Saaj sandwiches ) ... overall it was a pleasant experience
The staff is well trained responsive and friendly from top to bottom. Rabih at the restaurant is very efficient and customer focused and the staff is well trained and positive. Rooms are comfortable with views of the ocean. Good health club.
Great room with fantastic view. Great location beach, marina, shopping. Staff was always trying to make my stay the best. The restaurant served great food and the restaurant manager, Mr. Rabihannan greeted me every morning. Highly recommend staying at Marina Hotel.
This is a good, well appointed and well-run hotel, very suitable for a business trip. The room was well equipped - easy to use controls for the heating, the lighting and the bathroom (why do some designers think it is clever to have no instruction on how to turn on the lights or run the bath?). The desk was excellent for working, and wifi outstanding. Many elements are good, and often very good indeed - for example, at breakfast they actually listen to how you would like your omelette and get it right. The breakfast buffet, presided over by the splendid Rabih, is comprehensive. Nice view of gardens and the sea. Recommended unreservedly.
We had the pleasure of staying here a couple times in the last few months and enjoyed wonderful experiences each time. While there, the hotel was undergoing some renovations. We experienced a newly renovated guestrooms each visit, which are spacious and well appointed. From arrival to departure and throughout our stay, the staff were all very accommodating. Mr. Rabih, restaurant manager, had a kind smile to greet us each morning for breakfast and Miss Jantrix, front desk, was always so pleasant. From our guestrooms, we enjoyed lovely views of the marina/pools (on a clear day you can see the Kuwait towers) and on the beach side. The location of the hotel is nice. Marina Mall is across the sky walk for shopping but on the same side of the street as hotel, restaurants and coffee shops are overlooking the marina. We will return again! Thank you!
