I like the location of this hotel where you can find a lot of resutrants and shops. I recommend you to do full replacement of your elevator because it's small and very old, and it takes a long time to travel between floors. Also they can change the bathrooms because it's very old style and it need to be modern and trendy like others. The only thing that I didn't like was the wifi service (it's very slow and it keep on discounting).
This was my first stay in Kuwait I came here with work . Having never been there was quite looking forward to see what it was like. The room in the hotel I got was very big had a decent size kitchen and large living room and bedroom. The room was clean and tidy .The hotel is split into to separate hotels one with a coffee shop where you go for breakfast. The staff were generally quite pleasant . The only downfall of this hotel is it's location it is right next to a busy road traffic noise is very bad .Also below the hotel and around are takeaway food outlets this also is a disadvantage because people pull up outside and sound their car horns to get service very annoying when you want to sleep .
Not much of reception help as they are not trained on tourist locations in Kuwait.. But good all in all.. Veriety of food outlets around the area.. Most other locations are close by.. Good food and bed.. No entertainment what so ever..
This was our first stay with family in which we arrived at 5.30 PM in which the room shall be ready and the reception person said it is not ready and will take around 30 min and the conflict starts hear. After long discussion, we got the room which was not in good condition with door issue and water issue as well as of the cleanness. The service was average and the prices were high than their proposed service. The reception also are not caring of customer's rest and many guests are making noise but the receptionists are not acting against.
I been in Kuwait last May, this year. And I don't have any Idea where I will stay in Kuwait. It's Quite Nervous and exciting. After, my travel from Dubai to Kuwait. Someone's waiting for me in Kuwait International Airport. He is a staff in Boudl Hotel, and I'm not expecting for that. I felt glad, he is so Talkative and nice. Thank you so much to you. Even though I forgot your name. For my 10 days staying in Boudl for Business Trip, all I Can say is They're so awesome. The Boudl hotel Team had an excellent hospitality. I missed you Guys! Thank you so much for always assisting me, everytime I had an question and needed things. Hope I Can comeback again in Kuwait, and probably I will wanna choose Boudl hotel that I will stay. Keep it up!
Expensive with no added value. Old that needs renovation. Located on a busy street with low quality breakfast. Travellers are getting confused as they go the the new Boudl which is 50 meters before that one.
The front desk guy I think his name is Bassam and the night shift manager who upgraded me to a suite, because the front desk team during the day didn't solve the issues I asked them to (AC, bathroom ventilation noise). After all it needs renovation.
Spacious for a big group or family. One apt per floor. 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, big dining table and a living room. Bathrooms are old and had drainage smells and were not very clean. Location and rates are good and has parking. Some food places around all walking distance.
The location of the hotel is very nice and attractive on the main line of restaurent area in salmiya Rooms are average and area is good but missing some staff like hair dryer and low quality TV Employees are very nice in dealing with guests
