An atmospheric log cabin terraced house apartment 2.2 km from the village of Ruka, 1.7 km from the nearest slope and in the immediate vicinity of cross-country skiing trails and snowmobile trails, 29 km from the centre of Kuusamo. The apartment is located in the pleasant Plantinginharju cottage area (between Rukatunturi and road No 5), at the end of a quiet road in a pine-covered landscape. The terrace of the apartment built on the slope offers a view to the southwest. The apartment is perfect for a family or even two couples.

The ground floor of the apartment, built in 2008, has an area of ​​53 m² and a low loft of 23 m². The living room and kitchen have a fireplace and an air-to-air heat pump (also with cooling function). The bedroom has a 140 cm wide double bed. The spacious, low loft has a double bed (160 cm wide) and two 80 cm wide beds. Electric sauna and a washroom, which also has a toilet in addition to a separate toilet.
