29 km north of Kuusamo, Ruka village 300 m. Holiday apartment built in 2004, bedroom downtairs with a double bed, bedroom upstairs with 2 beds, combined kitchen-livingroom with a convertible sofa bed, electric sauna. Total area of the apartment is 57 m² of which 47 m² downstairs and 10 m² upstairs.

Construction will be taking place in the area in 2025-26, which may cause occasional noise disturbance.

Die Nähe zum Skilift war super. Die Wohnung ist ansonsten sehr abgewohnt. Die Bedienung des Kamins ist sehr schwierig. Alles in allem eine Mittelmäßig gute Ferienwohnung
