It is such a great place close to all the hustle without being noisy and overly crowded. Franklyn and his team are extremely hospitable, the rooftop pool is a treat and the happy hours are so welcoming after spending the day in the heat. With clean rooms which have all the amenities taken care of, to the location and a friendly staff, i couldnt find a fault ..

We stayed for just one night after coming from the Nusa Islands, with an early flight the next morning. You can never go wrong with a Marriott stay, and this one was no exception. The location is excellent — very close to the airport, with plenty of great restaurants and massage places within walking distance. We chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to the airport. While I had hoped they would provide complimentary transport (as mentioned on their website), the drivers were only available after 12 pm, which was a little disappointing. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly noted online. That said, Grab was very affordable and convenient, so it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, we still enjoyed our short stay and found it to be a reliable and comfortable option near the airport.

We stayed here before our flight. Everything was wonderful. The staff were kind and made check in so easy and quick. The beds were so comfortable. It is a convenient 5-10 minute walk to the airport from here, making it perfect for early flights!

Great property to stay as you arrive or depart Kuta. We like quiet hence why we didn’t stay longer. A quick walk to the beach, tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was included and provided many options. Staff get 10/10!

Good location, close to the airport and they offer shuttle service. The only caveat is the shuttle can only carry up to 3 passengers plus the luggage (depending on how much you have). We were traveling with a larger group with more luggage so we were a little concerned once told about the transportation restrictions just before our flight. But, the staff kindly helped us book a cab to transport the remainder of the guests and our luggage and we all arrived to the airport safely and on time. The restaurant staff is so friendly and their customer service is exceptional!

Upon arrival, Excel greeted us and took care of our bags. He got us checked in and made the entire experience so smooth. He even brought our bags up to our room. He was just an all around amazing young man. The breakfast team was amazing and they have plenty of options. Overall stay was a 10/10, definitely recommend!
