We arrived at Kushiro & wanted a cosy place to stay. This is a great place! It has everything to feel at home. The only thing we did not like about the check-in process is that the link to begin the process was not sent to us until 24-hours prior to us arrival. I think it should be made available to the guests sooner so we can find the time to complete the process. We also reached out to the host via the Expedia chat feature since we arrived a little early & wanted to know if it is ok to check-in early. Unfortunately, no response whatsoever from the host. We only stayed for one night. Now that we have checked out, we still have not heard anything from the host. I realized a lot of people prefer this way. A lot of people prefer to not hear from the host. For us, we would have liked a little contact from the host instead of just emails & QR codes.

とにかく清潔。乾燥機付き洗濯機があり大変に便利。ベッドも寝心地が良い。 三階までスーツケースを階段で持って上がるのが大変でしたが部屋は最高でした！
お風呂は足を伸ばせて広々。
トイレは窓付き。
