Villa Elit, located in Kuşadası Soğucak area, on an area of 350 m2, is waiting to welcome you with its private pool and wonderful sea view. Our villa has a comfortable and simply furnished living room and an equipped kitchen.
With its location close to Kuşadası AVM, the biggest shopping, concert and entertainment center of the region, you can meet your needs, enjoy the delicious Aegean cuisine and have fun in the amphitheater where famous artists take the stage.
Villa Elit, which has its own private outdoor car park, consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, an open living room and a kitchen. There is a private pool of 4*6 meters and a depth of 1.40 centimeters in a 100 square meter garden. There are special garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers in the garden. In our villa with sea view, there is a fully equipped kitchen, sitting group and air conditioning in every room. The master bedroom has a double bed, balcony, large en-suite bathroom and dressing room. On the other hand, there is a warehouse where items such as washing machine and ironing board are located. The second bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.
Our villa is 3 minutes away from the nearest beach by car. You can reach the beach in 15 minutes by walking. It is 700 meters from Migros.
