Carolina Beach House

The condo itself was great. It was big and had room for all of us to have big family dinners. The view was amazing. The reason I give this property 3 stars is because of the lack of supplies. The was ZERO soap of any kind. No dish soap, no shampoo, no hand soap, no laundry soap, 1 small packet of dishwasher soap. 1 bath towel per person (no beach towels, we asked from extra towel and were told it was a 20 per towel fee) 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no paper towel, 2 garbage bags, no hairdryer. We had a party of 10,. So we had to immediately run to the store to buy all these supplies. There was also no wine bottle opener. The elevator is broken and the grill is in rough shape. The AC was broken when we got there and the property manager did fix it right away, so that was great. But it was clean and the check in process was easy.Just prepare to pack these supplies, or stop somewhere to buy them before you arrive.

Beautiful view, enjoyed our stay

The house perfectly suited our needs space-wise, the view was amazing, the beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. The spacious great room suited our needs. The EV charger in the garage was a huge advantage.However, we were surprised at the lack of hand soap in the bathrooms, dishwashing liquid etc. in the kitchen for dishes that did not fit in the dishwasher, and only minimal paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), especially for a house that sleeps 12 people. We felt we could not safely use some of the Teflon coated cookware as some of the pots were badly burned or was peeling. This is a definite health hazard.Finally, we were very surprised to find the elevator was out of order. The elevator was advertised on the listing in November when we booked the house but apparently had gone out of order before we arrived. This was a big factor in our renting this house. No one advised us of this issue before our arrival. We came for a quilting retreat and had to carry sewing machines, boxes with quilting projects, ironing boards, etc. up two flights of stairs. This was quite difficult for some of our members (ages 60-70).Overall, we had a wonderful time and would consider renting this property again, as we meet once a year for this retreat.

Beautiful Kure Beach stay

We rented this property for a stay-cation/celebrating our Dad's 60th/Spring break. It was perfect!!!! We had children with us, and I have to say, it being on only 1 floor was a lifesaver. Not having to worry about stairs inside is a plus! Of course we had to use stairs to get to the top, but they aren't too steep. The weather was beautiful and the place had everything you needed to start! I would say it would be nice to have had toilet paper/paper towels extra, but it was noted in the notes/details. Overall, would recommend as well as stay there again!

Home away from home

This was our third summer staying on this property. We absolutely love it. The location, the view, the well stocked kitchen and all the room for all of us to spread out even on rainy days when we all have to be indoors.

Kure Beach summer rental

We had a wonderful stay in Kure Beach! The house was perfect for our group. Everything was clean and organized. The rental company was very helpful and we also we loved that we were able to access house using key codes instead of having to pick up keys. The ocean front views are amazing! We can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Home away from home!

This is the second summer we have spent a week in this house and it was just as great as the first time. The house is beautiful and has an incredible open floor plan and a huge deck that we spent a lot of time on. We had 10 adults staying in the house and there was plenty of beds and seating and so much room to move around. We never felt cramped at all. It was so nice to be able to all sit together at the dining room table and eat dinner together. We will definitely be back for our annual trip next year!

Perfect Thanksgiving at the beach!

What a perfect spot to celebrate the holiday with our adult children! An incredible location, an unbelievable view of the ocean and a wonderfully equipped spacious home! We will definitely be back and would rent this home again in a heartbeat. We highly recommend it to all!

Amazing property

This house is laid out so perfectly. There is plenty of space, beds nd seating for a large family/friends gathering. Ocean views from practically everywhere in the house! The exceptionally stocked kitchen was great to cook in while having those amazing views. The large back deck was perfect for those days I just didn't feel like sitting directly on the beach. I hope to only stay in the house from now on. It was amost perfect! My only complaint was there wasn't enough hot water so we had to really space out showers. Thank for a great week...we will be back!
