Kure Beach also provides opportunities for fishing directly off its pier, fully equipped with bait and tackle. Carolina Beach is just a short, less than 5 minute drive away and offers the fun of a boardwalk with carnival rides, a vibrant restaurant and bar scene and more. Carolina Beach Lake hosts a weekly Farmer’s Market, Thursday night fireworks, and Sunday outdoor movies, ensuring entertainment for all ages.

The kitchen is equipped with essential cooking and dining utensils, including a microwave, toaster and toaster oven, coffee maker (Keurig and drip), and blender. Basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, laundry pods, and coffee are provided to make your stay more comfortable.

The home includes multiple Smart TVs and Wi-Fi, allowing guests to stay connected or enjoy a movie after a day at the beach. You’ll also find a selection of books and games for indoor entertainment.

Guests have full access to the private home, including the patio, balcony, and backyard. There are three to four parking spaces available, depending on vehicle size.

Linens, including sheets, towels, and pillows, are provided.

Parking Information:
Carolina Beach and Kure Beach both offer public parking options, with enforced paid parking during peak seasons. Rates vary, so please check the local guidelines during your stay.

Important Notes:
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home or on any of the decks.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
BBQs are not allowed on the decks or porches for safety reasons.
A Blink security camera is installed at the front door for added security when the home is unoccupied.

Driveway easily fits 3 cars, possibly 4 if strategic (garage and any of our neighbors’ driveways are unavailable for parking). Townhome is located just a couple blocks from public beach access! Located near restaurants like Jack Mackerels, Freddie's, and Big Daddy's. Also can walk to Eakes Park with a great playground for children, bocce ball courts, disc golf, and sports field. Free parking area from Sept 30-Mar 1 is walking distance from property.

Golf carts are considered automobiles in this county and rules of the road apply. The golf cart in the garage of this home is NOT available for guest use, however guests may explore rental options with SunFun Rentals should they want to enjoy this perk on the island. Note that charging a cart on a GFCI will immediately trip the breaker, resulting in the inability to charge a cart amongst other repercussions.

Linens (sheets, bath towels, wash cloths, floor towels, pillowcases, etc.) along with pillows and a summer comforter ARE included in your rental cost.

Note: bunk beds are designed for kids or light adults; maximum weight of 165lbs per bed in bunk room!

To ensure the safety and continuity of the elevator, it is IMPERATIVE to follow and adhere to all operational instructions and best practices posted at each elevator access. Failure to do so can lead to temporary operational issues of which cannot always be remedied in a timely manner and create an unwanted impact to one’s adventure. The elevator is a "freight" elevator, with a 500 lb weight limit and is primarily meant for luggage, groceries, and elderly or disabled guests requiring special needs assistance.

Mature guests 25 and over, please. This is a quieter part of the beach with many full time residents, and we wish to respect that by not creating a “loud/party house” reputation. Our shared-wall neighbors are full-time residents so complaints could be an issue with large groups that are not respectful of noise volumes.

Each floor has a separate thermostat (forced air heat pumps) for heating and cooling so the temperature will be comfortable in all bedrooms. New 2022 HVAC units.
