The pelican perch is a duplex and a good home base for a quick stay at the beach. The location and outside area are the highlights. For future guests— there is no dishwasher, which I likely overlooked in the listing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This was a fairly comfortable unit with good proximity to food and beach. It was a bit hard to find, as our GPS took us to another property with the same address. The unit was clean and towels were sufficient for our stay. The kitchen is not well stocked,so if I was staying longer, I would have required more cooking pots and serving dishes. The sheets were scratchy, so I would also have brought my own linens. A lengthier stay would have required at least one other TV (one in each bedroomwould be great). Overall, it was comfortable enough, and we were happy we were able to accommodate our mini-doodle. From the pictures, it looked like the yard was fenced in, but the fencing did not close off, so could not leave dog outside. We did enjoy the short walk to the beach to walk her on approved hours.
