• Private 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo in Kure Beach, NC
• High Speed Wifi
• 2 HD Smart Roku TVs
• Free Parking for one car
• 2 beach chairs provided-
• Family friendly amenities – pack’n’play, children's utensils & tableware
• We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT provided.
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.
• Three-minute walk to the public beach access and the Kure Beach boardwalk with great restaurants, coffee, ice-cream, an arcade, fishing pier, and more!
• Please note that the parking spaces are close together and difficult to navigate with a larger vehicle.

House Rules
• No pets allowed
• NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment.
• Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our COVID-19 cleaning protocols. No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time. Unapproved late check outs may result in a $200 fee.
• No more than 1 vehicle is permitted to park on the property.
• Please park only in the 1 assigned parking space for unit 6.
• All visitors must be approved by host.
• Be respectful of other guests in the complex by keeping noise volumes low.
• In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
• Guest must sign rental agreement.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a travel crib.

i went on the deck and sat on stool and i look to my right and the leg was already broke and someone put back in the hole broke.. I hit the deck and at 68 I hit my left arm on railing and me right hip and leg on deck. I got up and back in the bedroom, woke up to watch sunrise, layed down and my leg and knee was swolen and we decided to go back home. we called and they refunded the amount, still sore and not happy.

We have stayed at The Sunseeker many times before and we always enjoy our stay. It's everything we need for a quick beach getaway. Our unit/apartment was very clean and is listed exactly as described. Its a short, block walk to the beach access point and a short walk to the restaurant and the pier as well. I highly recommend and we will be staying again!

We had a nice stay. The condo was in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Water had a sulfur smell beyond owner control. Only wish there was a little more natural light, it rained one day and it was very dark in the room. It was perfect for a quick weekend getaway.
