Guests will have access to the entire studio, located on the ground floor. The studio features a fully equipped kitchenette, dining, lounge, laundry facilities, BBQ, undercover car park, and outdoor seating. Guests can also enjoy our lush surrounding gardens.
I will be available to welcome you, show you around the studio, and share recommendations for places to visit. During your stay, my husband and I will be living upstairs and on hand for anything you may need
Kuranda Village is an easy 35 minute walk from the house or five minutes drive. Kuranda is known as 'the village in the rainforest' and is very picturesque. It has interesting and unique markets, restaurants, cafes, galleries and is a great place to loose yourself exploring.
As we are situated 30 minutes from the airport, we would recommend that you have your own car. If not, there is a local bus that goes past our house which will take you to Cairns, Kuranda and the Atherton tablelands. The village of Kuranda is only a 3 minute drive away or a nice 35 minute walk. On request we can offer pickups and drop offs. Certainly to see the incredible sites that this whole area has to offer, a car is the best way to go.
Whilst the studio is nestled in the Rainforest of Kuranda, it is still close enough to transport, the Village, Cairns City, the Great Barrier Reef and the Tablelands, making it a very desirable location. The entire area of Tropical North Queensland is a very special place with many amazing attractions to enjoy. I am happy to share all this area has to offer with you.

We loved this property, it was tucked away far enough off the main road, surrounded by rainforest, I loved waking up listening to the birds. Our host was amazing and went out of there way for us.It felt like home
