Ausstattung und Zustand miserabel
Das Haus insgesamt befindet sich in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Betten sind eine Zumutung. Matratzen unterster Qualität (dünner Schaumstoff, Rolllattenroste, die gar nicht in das Bettmaß passen, Matratzenschoner für anderes Bettmaß). Sieht aus, wie vom Sperrmüll zusammengesammelt. Die Rollroste verschieben sich stetig, so dass die Matratze bei minimaler Bewegung im Bett ständig in das Futonbett einstürzt - unterirdisch. Die Bäder sind in einem bedenklichen Zustand, verdreckt und ungepflegt. Türen klemmen stark mangels Schmierung, Plissee-Vorhänge fallen nach wenigen Minuten von den Fensterrahmen weil nur mit Doppelklebeband notdürftig verklebt. Der Fernsehempfang setzt häufig aus, weil Satanlage vermutlich nicht fachgerecht verkabelt. Es riecht im ganzen Haus feucht und muffig. (Angeblich frische) Bettwäsche riecht ebenfalls muffig und zudem nach Hund. Hundehaare im Bett und Haus insgesamt nachlässig gereinigt. Beträchtliche Fettspritzer an den Kacheln hinter dem Herd. Wandabschlussleiste in der Küchenzeile ist so marode, dass sie schon abbröselt. Es waren nur vier Trinkgläser verfügbar, es fehlte eine große Pfanne und die Grundausstattung war insgesamt sehr dünn. FAZIT: Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis steht in keinem Zusammenhang. Sehr enttäuschend und keinesfalls empfehlenswert.

Sehr schön.
Das Haus ist zwar recht klein, aber alles da und in Ordnung. Tolle Lage in erster Reihe am See, mit dem Bootshafen direkt nebenan ist es für Wassersportfreunde ideal. Auch die nähere Umgebung ist sehr schön. Die Lage bedingt allerdings, dass man für alle Besorgungen nach Malchin (8km) fahren muss. Vor Ort gibt es keine nennenswerte Gelegenheit zum Einkauf, muss man entsprechend einplanen.
