チェックイン手続き時の顔写真撮影がなんとも〜なーて、違和感。長期滞在型タイプなのでしょう、一泊して翌朝、ゴミ置き場の探索に手間取った。風呂場のタオル掛けの無いのも、ちょっと不便さを。概して綺麗な部屋で良かった。

ダイビング旅行のため滞在。 洗濯機、乾燥機、干せるものもあり、重宝した。風呂場はカビなくとてもきれいで、よかった。 小さな虫が何度退治してもでてきていたので どこから入ってきているのか？ カーテンが汚かったこと、細かなほこりが気になったが、ほしいものが全てあり、食事処やコンビニからも近く、いい場所だった。

概ね満足です。いくつか改善を要望します。

３LDK（仕切りを使わないので実質２LDK）の部屋を、幼児2名を含む4人家族で、GWに6泊で利用しました。 アーリーチェックインも心よく対応してもらい、助かりました。 設備は新しいので概ね満足ですが、主に清掃関連で以下の点が気になりました。 ・エアコンをつけるとホコリっぽかったのでフィルターを確認すると4台あるうち3台が分厚い埃に覆われていました。少なくとも半年は清掃していないと思われるレベル。自分できれいにしました。 ・ダブルベッドの部屋で寝たらダニに刺されました。シーツを自分で洗濯したら刺されなくなりました。 ・小さなゴキブリを部屋の内外で散見しました。駆除剤を置いてほしいです。 ・キッチンツール、食器は何がどれだけあるのか正確に書いて欲しいです。ないとされたものが置いてあったり（ピーラー、キッチンバサミなど。持参したら無用でした）、あるとされたものが無かったり（箸が2膳しかなかった。子供用含め多めに持参したので問題なかったですが） ・図面上でBedroomにデスクがあるかのような表示がありますが、実際にはおいてなく残念（図面上は点線表記。。）。スペースがあるので、リモートワークしやすいように設置してもらえると有難い。 色々書きましたが、総じて快適なステイで、久米島を満喫できました。また利用したいので、ぜひ上記参考に改善してもらいたいです。
