The room was large and the view of the ocean was excellent. Their dinner and breakfast was very good with a variety of dishes. The staff was nice and helpful. The onsen was clean but a little bit small. I enjoyed staying here very much.

stay over the ocean close to Kumano kodo sites

we really loved the view from the room on the Pacific ocean the hotel is completely renewed the room is very big and comfortable the onsen is quite correct the internet connection is OK the staff is very smily, efficient and helpful it is just a pity no one speaks no english

2人旅で利用しました。 食事付きで予約したつもりが素泊まりで予約していたという勘違いからスタートしましたが、とても親切に対応くださり、慌てることなくホテル内のレストランで美味しく楽しく気持ちよく食事ができました。 カラオケの時間も快く変更に応じてくださったりと、触れるほどにスタッフの皆さんの親切な対応が素晴らしかったです。 また次回も利用したいと思う快適さでした。 ありがとうございます。

ホテルの名前から連想した「海」 というよりも「山」にあり、 それも住宅街の直ぐ近く。 施設は古く宿泊料金に比較して サービスはいまいち。 高級を装いながら中身は低級。 最たるは、エレベーター横の 「串棒」 要らないと思いました。
