Sehr enttäuschend

Leider das Gegenteil von einem netten Empfang und unkompliziertem Check-ln. Wir mussten fast überlegen, im Auto zu übernachten. Oberstes Geschoss, ohne Lift und mit Gepäck, ist für Mutti, 85 J. (das war bekannt), sehr ungünstig. Im Appt., keine Seife, kein Shampoo, kein TV, Heizung ausgeschaltet. Das Beste, war die Aussicht. Wohnung OK, aber bräuchte Renovation. Wir hatten noch nie solche Probleme in den Unterkünften, welche wir bei hotels.com gebucht hatten. Sind sehr enttäuscht und können Auhof nicht empfehlen.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits au Auhof: accueil très bien, appartement spacieux et bien agencé, lits confortables et tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine + balcon avec vue sur le village et les montagnes: tout nous a plu ici.

short, but pleasant stay

We arrived late at night to an open door and a welcoming letter. Met the owners next day: a very nice and smiling couple. Room was huge, beds comfortable, kitchen and tools available. Great balcony - a reading lamp outside would be nice.
