Nicht sauber und Interieur in die Jahre gekommen

Leider wurden wir bei der Sauberkeit und dem Zustand der Möbel sehr enttäuscht. Sauberkeit: Der Schrank (Aufbewahrung von Auflagen der Sitzmöbel, Wäscheständer etc.) im Vorflur hat bereits Jahre keinen Besen, Sauger oder Wischer gesehen. Der Schrank dient auch für die Ablage von ausrangierten Geräten etc. der Wohnung ... Die Sauberkeit im Behinderten WC / Dusche ließ auch sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Das Kabel und der Fön selbst haben auch nie einen feuchten Lappen gesehen. Auch die Küche hatte an vielen Bereichen schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Ein Tipp: mal unter den Küchentresen schauen: Die Seitenwand ist mit Flecken übersät. Möbel: Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sitzmöbel auf dem Balkon waren eine Katastrophe und luden nicht zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Das Windlicht als Deko Accessoires auf dem Balkon ist von Schwalbenkot übersät ... Auch das wurde seit vielen Wochen nicht mehr gereinigt und einfach in die Ecke gestellt, wo man aufgrund des vielen Schwalbenkots eh nicht verweilen kann. Die Arretierung der Armlehnen des Sofas ist bereits so kaputt, dass diese gar nicht mehr oben bleiben. Der Sofatisch hatte mal eine Glasplatte. Diese war wohl mal rausgebrochen und würde dann auf den Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer deponiert - leider zu groß für den Schrank. Die Lage der Anlage ist für Hundebesitzer eigentlich ideal. Auch die Damen in der Verwaltung sind sehr zuvorkommend. Doch das wiegt die Mängel der Wohnung nicht auf. Da besteht akuter Handlungsbedarf.
