The historic building, once an Eastern dance bar, was rebuilt. The "Seestern" holiday complex combines the bathing architecture of the turn of the century with modern design. The newly built and generously furnished apartments are located 70 m from the sea.  You can spend your vacation in modern 45 to 60 sqm apartments. In the house there are lifts, a bicycle storage room, a washing room with washing machines and dryers, a garbage room (separation of garbage is required!).

Starfish Ws. 03:
Spacious 2 room apartment (approx. 60sqm) with 2 large balconies (each 7sqm). The living room is a classic large winter garden, as there are windows on three sides of the living and dining area. This gives you a wonderful large room of just under 30sqm, which is bright and flooded with light and flanked on two sides by balconies where you can enjoy the sun all day (southwest and southeast facing). In addition to the living room with pantry and dining area, the apartment consists of a 15 sqm bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a hallway and a small storage room for your luggage. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen corner has a stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
