Die Wohnung ist genau so wie beschrieben. Alles ist sehr wertig und geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Wir wollten im Urlaub einfach mal nichts tun und uns entspannen. Dies ist uns in dieser Wohnung absolut gelungen. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Für sportliche Aktivitäten ist man schnell an Promenade und Strand, zum Einkaufen und Bummeln direkt am Zentrum. Aber die Wohnung ist so gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, dass wir es auch sehr genossen haben, uns einfach mit einem Buch und einem Tee zurückzulehnen. Die Küche ist top eingerichtet, dass man auch mal richtig kochen kann und nicht permanent Essen gehen muss. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Alles ganz entspannt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Zentrale Lage war für uns drei Erwachsene während unseres Aufenthaltes für Ausflüge/Unternehmungen großartig. Die Fewo erlebten wir als geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Großartig fanden wir auch den Holzfussboden, er war sowohl optisch als auch in der Haptik wunderbar!!Einziges Manko war der rege Autoverkehr in der Straße, der uns morgens bei „mit offenem Fenster schlafen“ Werktags weckte.

Zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Ladenstraße und zum Strand. Praktisch ist der Parkplatz vor der Tür. Durch die Lage mitten im Geschehen ist es natürlich nicht komplett ruhig, aber das war uns vorher klar.Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und zufriedenstellend.Die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack zu weich.Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt, da müsste nachgebessert werden (Sand und Haare auf den Böden und in den Schränken, Staubsaugerbeutel komplett voll, diesen haben wir dann geleert, klebrige Flecken auf der Arbeitsplatte in der Küche, Kaffeemaschine stand auf „sollte entkalkt werden“).Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen, insbesondere für alle, die kurze Wege bevorzugen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Familienurlaub in einer sehr schön eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Sehr zu empfehlen, auch aufgrund der wunderschönen nahen Lage zur Ostsee.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist einfach toll - du kommst rein und fühlst dich wohl - es gibt alles, was man braucht.Sehr hochwertige, durchdachte und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung ( vielen Dank an die "Schwester" für die schönen Bilder ) - Lage ist super - direkt gegenüber Supermarkt und Bäcker - eins ist klar: wir kommen wieder !!!

Zentrale Lage, moderne Ausstattung

Die FEWO 3 befindet sich in einem sehr schön sanierten Haus in der 1. Etage in zentraler Lage von Kühlungsborn. Alles war in einem tadellosen Zustand.Das Parken, die Wohnung selbst und die separaze Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder waren top. Es gab sogar eine Lademöglichkeit des E-Bike im Fahrradraum.Die Lage ist super zentral, alles ist easy fußläufig fix erreichbar, ob Seebrücke, Strand, Gaststätten oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Urlaub im April

Wir haben unseren Urlaub als kleine Familie in einer tollen, modernen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht.Super Lage. Alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Balkon zur Südseite ist perfekt (super windgeschützt). Dort kann man auch an windigen Tagen bestens die Sonne genießen. Parkplätze waren ausreichend auf dem Hof. Der Kommunikation war mit dem Vermieter vorab sehr gut. Er ermöglichte uns sogar ein Check-In am Vormittag, da die wohnung bereits eher frei war.Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Windgexshutzt
