You live in a beautifully decorated 3-room apartment of about 68 m², which is located on the ground floor. The living room has a comfortable couch, the dining table and the TV and the stereo. The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, 4-ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. Two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower complete the picture of this apartment. Per person you have a laundry package as original equipment available. Non smoking.

The "Villa Strandkuss" was newly built in 2009 in the style of resort architecture and is located in a quiet central location in the district West of the seaside resort Kühlungsborn. Just a stone's throw away is the Poststraße and the Hermannstraße and the Kollonaden with its numerous boutiques, bakeries, restaurants and cafes. Also shops of the everyday need such. As a supermarket (Lidl), a bank and a pharmacy are located in the immediate vicinity.   The fine sandy beach is also just a few minutes walk. Not even 250m to the Baltic Sea and the beach promenade. Even the West Concert Garden, where regular events take place in the summer, is only a few minutes' walk away.   The apartment is characterized by a high quality and comfortable full convenience features. For your safety, our apartment is equipped with smoke detectors. Smokers are welcome on our outdoor terraces. Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung 11 der Villa Strandkuss

Wir waren Anfang Oktober 2023 für eine Woche in Kühlungsborn und haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und großzügig geschnitten. Mobiliar und Ausstattung ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Strandspaziergänge und Ausflüge. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich ,im Sommer mit den Terrassen optimal,dieLage sehr ruhig und doch nahe am Meer.Das einzige Manko war die Ausstattung der Küche.Der Geschirrspüler wurde maximal zu einem Viertel voll,dann war der Geschirrschrank leer,wer gerne kocht wird nicht zufrieden sein,trotzdem zu empfehlen.

Objekt sehr schön . Einziger Minuspunkt sehr limitierte Küchenausstattung.zu wenig Geschirr, Töpfe und Gläser Kühlschranktür schliesst nicht richtig. Wenn man gut kochen möchte wäre ein Backofen hilfreich. Leider wurde das Weihnachtsmenue etwas getrübt, da der vorhandene Korkenzieher leider defekt war und in einer örtliche Lokalität ausgeliehen werden müsste. Ansonsten aber schöner Urlaub

Perfekte Lage, tolle Wohnung

Wir sind von dieser Ferienwohnung begeistert. Es dauert nur 5 min zur Strandpromenade, zum Strand und zum nächsten Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist sauber, hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche und eine gute Raumaufteilung. Dank der kleinen Terasse und einem kleinen Rasenstück konnten wir draußen essen und unsere Tochter konnte dort spielen. Immer wieder gerne.
