At the “Apartmenthaus Atlantik” in Kühlungsborn, you’ll find vacation apartments right on Kühlungsborn’s Baltic Sea beach. The 43-square-meter Upstalsboom 2-room apartment, kbat303, with a balcony and a partial ocean view, offers plenty of space for 2 people and a small dog.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor on the west side of the complex—right on the beach and next to the marina in Kühlungsborn.

Amenities
The vacation apartment consists of a sleeping area facing the inner courtyard with a double bed (180 x 200) including an adjustable slatted frame, and a tiled living area with a sleeper sofa for 2 people (1.75 m x 2.00 m) and a balcony that offers a side view of the Baltic Sea and the pier.
The apartment’s amenities include a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer compartment, iron, and ironing board, as well as a hair dryer, a radio, and a flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The vacation rental is suitable for dog owners.
Bathrobes are available for rent at our service office upon request for a fee. The apartment includes an underground parking space in a double-parking system with a maximum weight of 2,000 kg (max. clearance height 1.80 m, max. vehicle length 5 m, max. vehicle width 1.90 m), which can be booked as an add-on for an additional fee upon request.
The “Apartmenthaus Atlantik” complex features an elevator, a coin-operated washer and dryer, and a lockable storage room for bicycles.

In accordance with our duty to inform, we would like to point out that an elevated level of Legionella bacteria was detected in the plumbing system of the Atlantik building (in an apartment on the 4th floor). As a precautionary measure, special filters and showerheads have been installed in the apartments.
