The small holiday home is located on the property of the Am Rosenhof holiday complex. It is very quiet, no street noise will disturb your vacation. The small terrace in front of the house not only invites you to breakfast but also to linger. Your parking lot is nearby.  The holiday apartment complex "Am Rosenhof" combines the spa architecture of the turn of the century with modern design. In this complex there are nicely furnished apartments next to the holiday homes, which are between 40 and 60 square meters. It is only 150 m to the Baltic Sea.

TW 102:
Only 150 m from the beach you live in a small 35 sqm holiday home. The living room is furnished with a couch, coffee table, armchair, sideboard, with cable TV (flat screen), radio, dining area (table and chairs) and kitchenette. The terrace with table and chairs goes to the east side. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchenette was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, two-burner hob, toaster and kettle. The bathroom with shower and toilet completes the apartment. 
The apartment is heated and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and a travel crib.
